Ms. Brown’s fifth grade class: What I am Thankful for this Thanksgiving…

Is for a family and friends and parents that take care of me and love me. My brothers and sisters that love me and that have medicine for me to cure me. For food so I do not have to starve to death and fire so I can cook stuff like soup, bacon, tortilla, beans, and cereal.

I’m thankful for being a great son to my mother, good citizen to Eloy, for bringing food items to the food drive, also sharing, caring, and for being a good friend. I love thanksgiving because the turkey, and plus you give thanks to family members.

I am thankful for all the cans I brought in for the food drive. My mom, my family, and all the food I have to share and eat. Having funny friends. My teacher taking, her time to teach me. I am thankful for so many things, but what I am the most thankful for is…almost everything!

The reason is why is because I have a cousin who lost his baby while the baby was still in the mother’s stomach. He was only 7 months in the mom’s stomach. I feel very sorry for him.
